    So much missing food

    Day 10 done still not faulted even after dishing up Chinese for my kids last night and coming home from a really busy day in work and considering I work in the licensing industry and see food all day and then come home to smell home cooked shepherds pie.
    This isn't easy but I'm going to do it, I even got the bike out today to get work n back.
    I am going to do this

    Well done as you continue losing weight your motivation will increase even more. It will all be worth it in the end.
