Newbie Started Exante Today

Hello, I have started Exante Total Solution today, hoping for some support along the way as I have a lot to lose. Daisy x

Hiya I started today also :-) had my first vanilla shake this morning... I'm halfway through my 2nd litre of water and have awful headache and feel a little sick :-( I'm sure it will pass :-) its all worth it :) how's your day? What packs r you planning on using? Gem :) x

I am starting tomorrow I think once my packs arive :o) I previouslt started a year ago and lose 15lbs in my first week. I gave u after that having no willpower but back for good now. No more dreading the "fat" summer in the heat :o) Good luck on your journey. Will keep an eye out for progress :D
