    Fantastic start

    OMG This diet seems to be working, 6lbs off after 5 days. I seem to be finding it quite easy and the good loss spurs me on. it goes to show if you stick to something 100% it works

    Day 3 was the worst for me, I have just done day 6 and feel great, even managed to get to the gym Good luck, let me know how you get on x

    Yeah day 3 always horrible for me either.. But I managed to stay 100% day 4 now it also doesn't help that I have a stinking cold lol good luck
