Getting a grip
I have been on and off diets including exante for the last 5 years. Over the last year I have lost 3st. Unfortunately, I have put 3.5 st on. Can't believe the abuse I subject myself to. I need to get a grip and treat myself with the respect I deserve. Do I have a new box of exante that arrived last week and I have mucked about with it for a few days. No more excuses tomorrow is Dday.
Motivation
1- wedding in may
2- I am not buying fatty fudge clothes
3 - I am getting out of breath easily
4 - I need more energy
5 - I need to start living life instead of hiding and comfort eating.
