Need advice pre zumba class........
Hi.
I am on day 6 of TS and i am about to go to my regular hour zumba class. Now i am really worried about not having enough calories so i was thinking of having two boiled eggs to give me something extra.
opinions please? XXX

Week 1: 16st 7lbs -7lbs!
Week 2: 16st 3lbs -4lbs!
Week 3: 16st 0lbs -3lbs!
Week 4: 15st 11lbs -3lbs!
