    oh bugger....

    I have made a massive error today. It was like my brain was possessed!!!! I ate two slices of toast and a whole pack of haribo sweets!!!!

    100% again from now on but i would like a telling off please as I need to sort myself out x

    Very naughty but well done for admitting it and being strong in your resolution to get back to 100%. If TS is too much for you though u should switch to WS. I started on TS but found it a challenge and switched after a week. Suits my life better. Good luck with the rest of ur journey.
