    Really tired

    Hi all !! I'm on day 3 of TS !! I feel absolutely shattered !! Is this normal ? Does anyone else feel this way ? Or am I coming down with something ??

    I thinks it's normal, well it was for me any way lol the first week I was so tired and had zero energy!

    I think normal whilst your body is working out how to efficiently use fat for fuel. I'm day 5 today, and on the evening of day 3 I felt quite weak. Not too bad today, but could also quite happily just lay and sleep!

    ya defo have a tired day in the first week but most of us get a real energy burst a couple of days after lol.. think its to do with getting into Ketosis x x x
