    I have just read on the Exante facebook page, that instead of having a meal break week or WS week, where you add a 400cal meal, in addition to your 3 pack, you can opt to have a LOW CALORIE WEEK.
    This is similar to the WS week, but instead of a 400cal meal, you add a 201cal meal

    This is quite a good thing i think as a lot of people are scared to add the food in. I'll be using bernard matthews roast turkey. £1 a pack in asda just now and 107cals for a full pack. Add some cauli and mix with the carbonara. Yum!

    I definitely didn't notice then when ordering last week. It's a great thing as I'm concerned about how I'll manage the week after the added kcals week.
    Week 1 = -10lbs
    week 2 = - 5 lbs still smiling!
    week 3 = - 2.5 lbs
    Week 4 = - 3lbs
    Week 5 = - 1 lb SS week, struggling with TS
    Week 6 = -1.5 lbs. did WS this week
