Question Eat Water & Zero Noodles

Hi we am so new to this that we haven't even started yet. My husband and myself are waiting for our first months supply to be delivered and are going through our food cupboards in preparation. (our kids are going to do very well out of this). we have some packets of eat water and zero noodles. Does anyone know if these are ok to eat when we do our low calorie week as we would to stay in ketosis. Any other advice for getting through our first week would be very gratefully received.

Yup the zero noodles are fine to have
I've not tried them myself but people on the slim and save board have said they're nice and very filling.

Tips to get through the first week.....drink plenty of water, go to bed early to avoid snacking in the evenings, don't give in even if you feel really hungry because that will pass and after the first week you'll feel better/less hungry, and try not to weigh yourself daily as our weight fluctuates daily so try and save your weigh in for the end of the week.

    Good luck to you both.

You can buy these at Holland & Barrett. They are ok if you put flavouring with them.
