    Back again

    Morning fellow exanters ! I'm starting day one today to try and shift the 1.5 st I have put back on of my 4.5st weightloss last year :-(. This site is invaluable and fingers crossed I can stay focused and shift the weight . I know the first week will be tough ( I vowed after last time I would never put myself thru the 1st week again .... And here I am :-( )
