Never heard of these but they sound revolting, what's the point if there's nothing in them? If you need fibre you can take a supplement, 3% isnt much anyway.

I've been looking at these for after exante.
there's loads of no carb stuff on amazon, noodles,rice,peanut butter, jam etc etc
Let me know what they are like if you try them.x
