    Seen these and wondered if there ok.

    No carbs, no protein. net 0 calories..

    Not seen them before there 97% water n 3% fibre...

    Are these allowed on exante tfr.?

    Never heard of these but they sound revolting, what's the point if there's nothing in them? If you need fibre you can take a supplement, 3% isnt much anyway.

    there's loads of no carb stuff on amazon, noodles,rice,peanut butter, jam etc etc

    Let me know what they are like if you try them.x

    If im honest i dont think i will..least not when im on tfr...im trying to stick to the meals an nuthin else. But i think might have a taste when i stop the diet n try maintain
