    How much weight can i loose?

    Hi eveyone! Im new here and thought id say hello!
    Im on day 8 of shakes today and actually enjoying it! I have a goal in sight as im going on holiday at the end if july!
    I weigh 21stone (cringe!) i was wondering if i stick to this diet until the start of july, ready for my holiday, how much weight could i loose? I want a figure in my head to keep me motivated! X

    I'd say at least 3 stone by then if you stick to it and dont go off plan. How did you do on your first week? Did you do a 1 week weigh in?

    I've found starting a diary in the diary section really helpful to keep me on track and allow me to record how I'm doing as I'm going along.
    Weigh In Day: Thursday
    Starting Weight: 17st 11.5lbs
    Week 1 - 17st 5.5lbs = 6lb loss
    Week 2 - 17st 2.5lbs = 3lb loss
    Week 3 - 17st 0lbs = 2.5lb loss
    Week 4 - 16st 11lbs = 3lb loss
    Week 5 - 16st 9.25lbs = 1.75lb loss
    Week 6 - 16st 4.25lbs = 5lb loss
    Week 7 - 16st 1.25lbs = 3lb loss
    Week 8 - 15st 12lbs = 3.25lb loss
    Week 9 - 15st 9.5lbs = 3.25lb loss
    Week 10 - 15st 5.5lbs = 3.25lb loss
    Week 11 - 15st 3lbs = 2.5lb loss

    I lost 10lbs in my first week so pleased with that! Wahooo!x

    % Lost 12.35%
    Exante say we should be able to lose about a stone a month so I'd say you could lose about 4stone before you go away.

    BMI Information:
    I think about 4 stone you will lose more in your first month, some people lose over 5 st in just 4 months, good luck. I want to lose 3 stone by end of July, only started today x
    Mon 15th April 2013 (starting weight 13.8)
    Wk 1 Mon 22nd April -10lb. (Weight 12.12)
    Wk 2 Mon 29th April -2lb. (Weight 12.10)
    Wk 3 Mon 6th May +4 weight 13.0 (totally off plan, on holiday.)
    Wk 4 Mon 13th May -6 weight 12.8 (total -14 )
