Hello everyone :) what's people success stories from exante? :)

I thought I would post a blog just so I can have somewhere to refer too.
This is my fourth day on exante total solution, I began the diet on the 18/03/13. I am 5 foot 7 and my start weight is 13 stone 5lb eeeeeekkkkk!

I have now set a goal to stay on the diet for exactly 100 days. I am finding the diet okay, was wondering if anyone else is get a sickness feeling?

be nice to chat someone, I'm hoping I can use this website to finally be the weight I want to be, and stop just thinking that it will happen one day! :p

Hi, I'm new too!! I started on Monday, on total solution, and so far so good! Not been missing or craving food half as much as I thought yet. I am 5 foot 4 and 12 stone 7 pounds, I've lost nearly 1.5 stone doing slimfast but had plateaued, so giving this a go, I'm going on holiday in May so I'm hoping to lose at least another stone before then.

Minimins has really helped me so far, love reading all the threads, and have ordered the tesco ultraslim bars for a bit of variety!

Looking forward to weigh in on Monday, will be interesting to see how much we have lost! Have you joined the face book groups?
