would you take a day off?
I've just been informed of a night out tonight for a respected colleague and I really want to go. In fact, I will be going. I'm on total solutions and wondering if I should continue with it for today or take a day off. Getting back into ketosis has never been a real problem for me so I'm not worried about getting straight back onto it tomorrow. Would you stick with it through the day and take the evening off or take the entire day off? Just wonder what people would do?

It's really up to you, how much do you want to eat real food? Is it worth it to put your weight loss behind by a few days? You can still go out and just not eat, just be there for the social aspect, I've done that before. Also, remember that if you're in ketosis you must not drink alcohol, it can be very dangerous, so if you do decide to eat, stick to soft drinks.
