Woke up this morning happy that I got trough Day 1!
i jumped on the scales (even though I know I should not) and I had lost a pound. This made me feel great as I have been putting on the weight following surgery. I run half marathons and ride my horses but have had to put all my exercise on hold. For the last 2years I have been able to eat what I wanted as I worked it off.
Fingers crossed that today will be a good day...and I plan o take my it's for a nice walk!
