hi
this is my first post.
tomorrow i will have completed my first week on exante and i am so concerned about my first week's loss that i am considering not weighing myself.
i have done lipotrim successfully a number of times over the last few years and have always had excellent losses so my expectations are high. i have always lost 12lb in the first week, 5lb in the second week and an average of 3lb a week subsequently.
i have started exante this time as i piled all the weight back on in my second pregnancy and so starting weighing more than ever at 212lb. i find with 2 kids getting to the pharmacy is too much of a bind-especially as my husband wants to do the diet also so exante seemed like the perfect solution.
i am just worried that the weight losses won't be as good given the calorie intake is 180kcal more than on lipotrim- nearly 50% more calories.
what are others' experience of comparative weight-loss i am scared that i might demotivate myself by weighing myself and wondering whether i should not bother?
i am planning/hoping to do this diet for 12 weeks til i go on holiday and then hopefully get back on it til i reach my goal of 133lb which is what i weighed this time last year before pregnancy :-(((
apart from my concerns about weight loss this diet is amazing compared to lipotrim- it tastes better, more variety and less hassle. the thought of having to go back on LT if this doesn't work fir me is too depressing....
can anyone reassure/advise?
thanks
