    Night Nurse and Ketosis

    Does anyone know if Night Nurse capsules take you out of ketosis? Desparate for a good nights sleep

    Hi Mia, sorry you're not well. I honestly dont know but my guess would be that the capsules would be fine as it's just the medication. If you were having the liquid I'd say maybe as it's full of sugar, but I can't see why the capsules would do anything and if you're ill and need to take it, surely it's better to chance that and have a good night's sleep and feel better.
