Day 3..and going into my birthday weekend
Had a great day yesterday, I had my shakes and the then a mushroom omelette in the evening. This meant I felt full all day!
my husband did suggest going out for a drink but knowing we have friends coming around tonight I said no. I am happier I did this otherwise I would have been pushing my lucky for two night.
it is my birthday on Monday and I am a little worried...but I had to make the start sometime!
