    Giving it a go

    In the last year I lost a couple stone just doing the usual eat sensibly route, but impatience has kicked in, especially after seeing a friend do so well with LL. I don't like the idea of meetings though, and I like that Exante has less of the aspartame and other rubbish so here I am! Day 1. So far I've been pleasantly surprised by the shake which was actually really tasty (banana) and am in the middle of dealing with the gritty doom of a bar for lunch - hoping the choc orange one is less nasty than the toffee nut..haha

    Not too badly Past the omghungry stage for a couple days, and I think I finally mastered soups - even though the tomato and chicken ones can go die in a fire somewhere lol. Thankfully I don't do much for Easter, spent the night watching films with friends which was nice.
