I need a little help with mousse mix... Yuck!
So, I tried to made a shake 'mousse' this afternoon, I followed the instructions - did the blender & refrigerating. Seemed smooth and finely mixed in. Looked promising!
15m later..... LUMPS! Lumps everywhere! It wasn't anywhere near set, very.... runny. But still lumpy. Maybe a bit lumpier at the bottom of the bowl? It made me shudder, eww!
It's been half an hour & it's still a disgusting texture. Not a mousse, not a jelly, it's just a lumpy gooey mess.
I wonder what I did wrong? Is there a secret to this, anyone else have problems? Help :p
