on reading the Exante page it says to stay in ketosis we must have 60G carbs a day but on MFP it saying
Breakfast - Milk shake = 19 Carbs
Lunch - Milkshake = 19 carbs
Tea - Shepard's pie = 21 Carbs
Now this = 61 Carbs so I'm not sure how I can stay 60 Carbs? or is this like Adkins where we take the fiber of the carbs to give us the Net Carbs?
