Day 1 of my restart and m struggling a bit. I'm doing this off the back of a tummy bug. Other food still irritates me so shakes seemed a better option. Thing is now i have something in my tummy its rumbling like crazy but im not due a shake for another hour or so at least. (trying to stick with a certain schedule the 1st week or so till i get settled again) Would i be ok having a small amount of protein to tide me over?
Could you not split the shake in half and have half now and half when you had planned to? Failing that sip on some water?

I have a bit of ham here and there without any effect on my weight loss. But not til I'm in ketosis. The first three days are torture but stick it out, go to bed if necessary! I'll be starting back tomorrow and I know I'll have to go through all that again. But it'll be worth it :-)
Week 0: start weight 15st 2.6lb 7/5/13
Week 1: 14st 7.4lb -9.2lb = total loss 9.2lb
Week 2: 14st 3.2lb -4.2lb = total loss 13.4lb
Week 3: 13st 13.8lb - 3.4lb = total loss 16.8lb
Week 4: nowt, nada, zip :-( = total loss 16.8lb
Week 5 1/2: 13st 9.4lb - 4.4lb lost = total loss 21.2lb

Almost Week 8: End of June weigh-in challenge: 13st 3.8lb - 5.6lbs = total loss 26.8lbs
Week 9 1/2 (one week after inclusive 2-day hotel break): 13st 2lb - 1.8lbs = total loss 28.6lbs
Weeks 10-13: lost & gained same few pounds, but overall 5lb loss: 12st 11lb - total loss 33.6lbs
Week 14: Holiday :-) gained 5lb
Week 15: lost holiday 5lb
Mantra: Nothing tastes as good as slim feels (what a crock, but I'll keep telling myself that!)

Goal 3: get into last summers clothes - Done!
Goal 4: survive holiday - didn't do too bad!

i should've listened to your advice about splitting my packs etc. I had the chicken and it just made me want more.
Thing is on my last go with Exante i lasted 10 weeks with nothing added. I realised i needed to get back into that mindset. So im back on it today, no matter how rough i feel the 1st few days. I can do this for me!
Well done you. Once you're in ketosis everything is so much easier loser - hope you hit it soon!
