Omg - out of date packs
This will make you all laugh!!!
So I am nearly at the end of my Exante journey (this time anyway, never say never). When I am going through the few packs I have left deciding what I'm having tomorrow. I notice the use by date on the back and realise, after two full weeks on this diet and some impressive losses, that they have all been hugely out of date, not just a couple of months either. Some are marked dec 12. Yikes!! I feel fabulous so it can't have been that bad !!!! I am slightly mortified but seeing the funny side :0))))

Happened to me too. I found a whole bunch of out of date shakes. Some of them were clearly "off"- unmistakeable smell when i opened the pack. I'm using them up one a day with 2 in-date packs. And I smell them before using them and chuck out the ones that have gone rancid.
I had that too from October 12 but didn't hinder losses or anything
When someone says: "You can't do that!"

ive done that too... but didn't realise until after I had taken a big mouthful of shake and nearly gagged!
Lost 7 st between Jan 2011 & August 2011, slowly been regaining since then until I regained 6st 7lb, back to lose the gain and with the knowledge of how easy it is to regain determined to never regain again!
