Thread: Back to Exante....need to do it....

    Back to Exante....need to do it....

    Last year I lost about 2 stone on exante & ended up just under 16 stone....I felt much better in myself but I stopped doing it. I've gradually put on the pounds and have completely lost it food wise and wine wise in the last month....guzzle pig city...1 1/2 stones back on, feel so fat again... I've tried to start this past week, I've got about 2 weeks of exante left and have told myself I need to use that before buying anything else.....

    I need to write it down to keep me going....food for today will be, a shake, red bean chilli with spinach and either another meal or a shake....lots of fizzy water, coffee and hot water....

    Let's see if I can do it...

    Well, it took me another few weeks and a few pounds on to start.... done 3 days and I had a sneaky weigh in to keep me going.... half a stone gone already
