1 night off?
So I'm doing working solutions as I need to physically eat a meal a day with my family so I know weightloss will be a bit slower but that's ok. Thing is I usually have a couple glasses of wine a night most nights which I'm going to struggle with sooooo I was thinking that I could allow myself a wee drink and some off diet food on a Saturday evening (cheat night). Do you think this will make this diet pointless or will it still work?
I just know I won't stick to it long term without something too look forward to once a week.

There's a thread in the sticky section about drinking while in ketosis, it's not advised.
As for treat day, if ur happy with not losing as much and potentially knocking out of ketosis then go for it. There are days I've had a takeaway and kicked myself out of ketosis for the night and got back in the next day but I've tried to stay away from anything too carby.
It's finding a way to make the diet work with you without going back to old habits.
I have one day off a week, I don't go mad (no pasta or bread) and eat fairly well, I try and up my calories to about 1500. The reason I am doing this is a) it kick starts my metabolism, I actually weigh less the next week if I have done this than just gdoing WS all week and b) it's good practise for me to re-learn my eating habits. One day a week I have to be conscious about what I eat but living in the real world, not the Exante bubble.
