Just bars

You might find you wont as the carb levels are higher. Also you might not be getting full nutrients none of the vlcds recommend more than one a day
 
I wish you could but it's not recommended. I did have more than one bar last week to ease my hunger and it worked, I still lost a substantial amount of weight but there's obviously a reason they don't allow it.
 
I've tried exante and *Snip* to be fair I'm a terribly fussy eater anyway, I can't do any type of Shake and I haven't liked any soup or meal so far - I know, I know, I should just suck it up and get on with it but it's hard when you hate the only food you are allowed to eat!

Yes apparently Exante have done something to the bars and you are now able to eat three per day, but are warned that you MAY come out of ketosis. If all you can eat are the bars then I would give it a try. I am trying two bars a day to see what happens.
 
After following Atkins for over a year I don't think I believe that you would be knocked out of ketosis for having more than one bar, but there was obviously a reason it's not recommended and you would probably lose more only having one, but in saying that if having two keeps you on track then you are still doing better than you would be in comparison to having a takeaway.
 
I previously ate 3 bars a day and lost on average a stone a month, so they do work, but having said that I am back starting again a few years later so maybe not! :)
