You might find you wont as the carb levels are higher. Also you might not be getting full nutrients none of the vlcds recommend more than one a day

I wish you could but it's not recommended. I did have more than one bar last week to ease my hunger and it worked, I still lost a substantial amount of weight but there's obviously a reason they don't allow it.

If u have 3 bars a day, I doubt u will lose any weight or if u do, very minimal. My hubby tried it once and the results were disappointing.

You'll still lose weight. Weight loss is down to kcals in v kcals out. You'll find you probably won't get into ketosis and you'll probably spend half your life in the loo. I don't think you'll get all the nutrients needed tho

If bars are the only Exante product you like maybe worth trying another vlcd??

I've tried exante and *Snip* to be fair I'm a terribly fussy eater anyway, I can't do any type of Shake and I haven't liked any soup or meal so far - I know, I know, I should just suck it up and get on with it but it's hard when you hate the only food you are allowed to eat!

Look on them as medicine. One to be taken 3 times a day

The Exante team on the Exante FB page say that you can have 3 bars a day and you'll still lose.

Yes apparently Exante have done something to the bars and you are now able to eat three per day, but are warned that you MAY come out of ketosis. If all you can eat are the bars then I would give it a try. I am trying two bars a day to see what happens.
Giving it another go - because I have to!!!!

After following Atkins for over a year I don't think I believe that you would be knocked out of ketosis for having more than one bar, but there was obviously a reason it's not recommended and you would probably lose more only having one, but in saying that if having two keeps you on track then you are still doing better than you would be in comparison to having a takeaway.
