    I am currently on day 1! So suprised at how nice the spaghetti is! Really enjoyed it! Just hoping I stay on track! Boredom is my problem when it comes to food. I see it as something to do. Not anymore! I hope! Can't wait for week one weigh in!

    Happy new year. I'm on day one after having my baby. I'm a size 16 at the mo,wanna be a 10 again. Buying a set of scales tomorrow, not looking forward to the numbers!

    It came!!!! Lol. Tried half of each of the new flavour of bars for bfast. Did not like the berry one at all. Had to bin it. Chocolate was ok. But I think I prefer the others. The other flavours really fill me up. Definitely having a spaghetti at some point today!!
    Hats off to anyone who does all shakes all day, every day. I wouldn't survive! Lol.

    Yeah I'm doing great so far. I've lost three pounds already lol, I can't wait to weigh in officially!
