Couch to 5k -advise please!!!!!
Has anyone managed this while on TS and when did you start. I have a 5k to do in march and want to loose a lot of weight before then and still be able to run it. Will this be doable????
Managed session 1 of couch to 5k. It was sooo much easier last time I did it but I walked for a month for at least 3k a day. So much heavier and totally unfit. However, I managed it, went really slowly and just as well or I wouldn't have survived. 9th march is my 5km run and the following week I turn 37yrs old so lots to work towards
Weather is so bad I doubt I will get a run in today :-(
How's the c25k going? I hope you mind me asking but how much do you weigh now? I only ask because I'd like to start c25k but am 19st and have arthritis in my knee so I'm very wary

Start weight - 19st
Only went out once last week as I have a migraine which is still there. I weigh 15st 8lbs. If you are going to do it joggy slowly is the key. I have been ok but most people walking fast would pass me lol
