    Holiday Gains :(

    I did exante last year. Stopped in July after losing 52 pounds. I have managed to keep it off till I went home to Lagos for Christmas. I managed to gain 7 pounds in 3 and a half weeks , in all quite upset I know it's not a huge amount and if I focus I could probably shift it in 2-3 weeks of eating healthily. But understanding that this has to be long term with no short cuts is what I guess I wanted to share. I am sure lots of you know that already but the realisation has only truly just come to me. Good luck to everyone on their exante journeys. I hope this is not the start of a slippery slope.. Wish me luck fellow exanters!
