Total Solution Struggling...

Hey guys, looking for some advice!

Started total solution last Monday, weighed in today and have lost 13lb - over the moon I have to say... However, I'm hating the food! The only thing I can stand is the bars therefore the reason I probably lost as much was because I ended up skipping some meals which I know isn't ideal and I don't want to keep doing this. I get married in 10 weeks and want to lose as much weight as I possibly can but don't know how long I will last forcing down stuff I don't like! I've tried a few companies and all the same!

I know there really isn't a question here, just feeling a bit lost and wanted to get it out!
 
Hi:). Well done..thats a really good start!!

Try and look at the packs a fuel and not food...it worked for me when I did Lighter life. I'm using exante packs again ( gave them a go last year but not in the right frame of mind!) on the 5;2 diet this time- using on my fasting days- and I put chilli sauce in the soups and a sweetener in the shakes. To be honest, the soups and shakes all taste the same to me!

Keep going because you know how good it feels when you do lose a weight..it feels amazing!



Good luck...and you have an amazing goal to aim for! Have an image in your mind how you want to look and how you want to feel on your wedding day and hopefully that will keep you motivated. If you really want to lose weight...you will
 
Steff you've done so well and I'm really sorry you're struggling with the foods but please don't miss out on any of your packs as you won't be getting all the vitamins etc that you need.

I only have the ones that I like now (choc and vanilla shakes) but if I do have ones I don't like then I just get them down me and see them as fuel to keep me going rather than as food as I find that that helps me get them down.

try and stick with it as it'll all be worth it :D

I tried the apple and cinnamon porridge this morning and loved it!! I just need to order bars, the porridge and hopefully find one meal pack I like and I will be good to go!!

I'm the same as you - except my wedding is in about 12 weeks (April 13!! ) I'm trying to lose as much as I can too but I'm absolutely hating most of the 'food' on this diet, I can just about stomach the shakes, but I can't stand the soups :( bad times !! I bought a bulk pack of exante supplies from ******* so I'm stuck with loads of the ones I hate - I'll eventually have to force them down, I really want to lose at least 2 stone before I get married !!

Have you tried adding more spices to the meal packs? I've done that and it helps make them a little bit easier to eat :)
 
Oh - and well done on your loss so far !! That's fab !!
