Question What cold/flu meds can you take

Had a burning throat yesterday and have woke this morning feeling awful - bad head, sore ears, eyes, throat, tight chest etc etc. Does anyone know what cold flu tablets you can take that don't knock you out of ketosis?

If you are ill focus on getting better rather than the diet - I have norovirus atm and I can honestly say the last thing on my mind is the diet.

I would suggest a small bit of protein when you are taking the tabs if you are that worried about being knocked out of ketosis but I can't see cold and flu meds being laden with carbs unless it is the sugary syrup version of the remedies.

I've been feeling the exact same as you Katie, feverish and fluey. I started looking around online and I found stuff about 'keto flu'. Is this a real thing? I'm reluctant to stay in ketosis if it's going to make me feel like this.

Hi Solo to be honest I think mine is just a common cold/cough, my granddaughter had it when she came to stay last weekend and she was just kind enough to share
