    Starting Total Solution tomorrow & planning on reclaiming my body sachet by sachet

    Hi all have used these forums couple of years back when I did a different vlcd & due to the good range of products available on Exante and the availability of water flavourings have chosen to kick start my diet with Exante total solution for the next 6 weeks. I have approx 4 stone to lose to be in my normal BMI range again. So looking for anyone who is also just embarking on exante total solution too so we can keep each other going hopefully. Feeling pretty determined as this is my heaviest I've ever been & I feel it's way over due time I reclaimed my body! So anyone with me?
    Start- 15 stone 5lbs & Height- 5ft 7" On 27th January 2014 -10th March 2014
    Doing Exante Total Solution for a 6 week period & want to lose at least 2 stone in that time

    Hi there and thanks for replying. Not especially looking forward to the first few days going into ketosis, however I am already planning ways to spend the time productively whilst I I'm avoiding tv and the adverts etc putting my time to good use and also keeping me warm as remember how cold I got last time. I'm doing this because I want to not be the person in the family avoiding being on family snaps and I want to feel confident being me again. So......here's to 6 weeks of hard graft to kick start things on the right path and hopefully seeing myself appear from out of my fat shadows. Be nice to exchange any things that crop up along the way, defo helps on difficult days to know you're not the only one going through this. Many thanks for replying as its much appreciated. Best of luck to you both

    Hello and welcome! You should start a diary the exante diary section is very active at the moment, and I personally find it a great way to maintain motivation and get support from others. Good luck with your journey x

    Weight loss journey started a few years ago at 18st 2lbs. Lost 4st 3lbs through calorie counting and exercise. Working towards finally reaching target of 9st 7lbs then maintaining in 2014.

    Mini Goal: Get to BMI under 30 (out of the obese category and into the over-weight category) = get under 12 stone
    Long-term Goal: Get to BMI under 25 and a healthy weight = get to 9.5 stone.
