    Only 1.5 stone to lose?

    Anyone only got 1.5 stone to lose?

    I've lost 6 stone. Through the help of exante and slimming world and exercise. I stopped losing last summer and maintained (I tried to lose last stone). We'll over Xmas and new year I've put on another stone and all off January I've done slimming world and exercise and I've lost nothing. I'm very short and always 8stone my whole life until a combination of conception, moving in my partner and baby caused the weight gain. My whole family is around 8stone.

    I haven't done exante in a year but I desperately want this weight off as I'm so miserable

    Hi I'm an old slimming world girl and never loose much...started. A week and half ago on exante...8 lbs lost first week. ..fingers crossed this..ive 18 lbs to go. It's very quiet on here isn't it x

    Yea very quiet. What weight will u be once u lose the 18lbs? If u don't mind me asking. We'll done on the 8lbs loss! Today ok starting slim fast while I wait on my order arriving

    I'm 9.7 at the min. But I don't carry extra weight we'll at all. I need to be 8-8.5. I was around 15-16 stone when I started tho lol

    I got down to 8.7 before Xmas but put on a stone so I need to get back to that. Hoping exante does that for me

    That's amazing. ...im finding exante great im just worried I've 3 weeks left (ordered 2 weeks yesterday) but not sure I can continue after that money wise...Help what do I follow from there....just hoping for great losses in next 3 weeks then not much to do myself x

    Just follow their maintenance plan on ur final week. So in ur final week start adding some food then after about a week doing that go back to slimming world to maintain

    Yeh in fact I've kept slimming world membership going .....i like the way of eating just always come to a standstill xx

    Your doing so well 6 stone is amazing .....bet ur family and friends proud x

    Awk yea they r. They tell everyone.

    But I always feel stupid in work. Started a new job so they have only known the 'skinny' me lol they are all dieting and any time I offer advise they look at me as if 'y would we take advice from u, ur skinny and dunno what it's like being fat'. And they look at me strangely when I always eat healthy or take shakes.

    Im not the person to just walk in and say 'hey everyone I'm Charlene and I've lost 6 stone' lol

    So work is hard

    I'd carry a before photo in my bag and if u feel that way again and it seems right....say this was me before!!

    Be proud...its not showing off or gloating !

    Weight loss journey started a few years ago at 18st 2lbs. Lost 4st 3lbs through calorie counting and exercise.

    Aiming to be beautiful on my wedding day in April 2014, and to reach final goal of 9st 7lbs in 2014.

    Started 02.01.14 at 13st 4lbs
    Week 1: -3lbs (13st 1lb)
    Week 2: -5.5lbs (12st 9.5lbs)
    Week 3: -2.5lbs (12st 7lbs)
    Week 4: -1.5lbs (12st 5.5lbs)
