    From exante to ...slimming world or w watchers

    Hi everyone I've two weeks left on EXANTE and I've lost just over a stone...I've about one stone to go and I need some help......

    Which would u do and why?......

    I'm thinking slimming world....Red days....so I'm not carb overload x

    I'm going to SW when my time on exante ends, rather then counting points at ww, slimming world actually teaches u about food what is healthy and the right choices to go for.

    I'm planning to do a blend of SW/5:2, but I believe WW has a new plan out (can't remember what's it's called, saw a video about it on You*Tube) - tbh though it sounded very similar to SW EE. Let us know how you get on with your transition!

    Weight loss journey started a few years ago at 18st 2lbs. Lost 4st 3lbs through calorie counting and exercise.

    Week 1: -3lbs (13st 1lb)
    Week 2: -5.5lbs (12st 9.5lbs)
    Week 3: -2.5lbs (12st 7lbs)
    Week 4: -1.5lbs (12st 5.5lbs)
    Week 5: -3lbs (now 12st 2.5lbs)
    Week 6: -2.75 (now 11st 13.75lbs )
    Weeks 7 & 8: -2.5lbs (now 11st 11.25lbs)
