    Ketostix

    Got some today and mines on the xxx, so 2nd to last. Does this mean I'm not in ketosis? As I've not eaten anything at all except for Exante meals since I started..

    If youve only had packs youll be in ketosis you dont need sticks to tell you

    Any shade of pink is ketosis. So now you know for sure put them away

    To 12st 12lbs (lowest weight in ?24? years) - done 18/05/14
    To 12st 7lbs (5 stone loss) - done 28/05/14
    To get to 12st 6lbs - done 02/06/14
    Into size 14 Next jeans - done 27/05/14
    To get to 11st 13lbs
    To get to 11st 6lbs (no longer obese - overweight)

    The Final Leg Restart 11/08/14 - 13st 3lb

    Any colour other than the palest indicates ketosis. They're a waste of money tho they're unreliable and people end up stressing over them. If you stick to the plan youll be in ketosis

    Hiya, I orderred some of these online when I started out of curiosity and they only just arrived today! lol. The cross means its positive and the more crosses the more concentraed it is so you may need to increase your water intake if you got three crosses. I'm not really worried whilst just on the packs but I suppose they may be helpful for week four when Exante tell you to add food but I know a lot of people don't - I think i'll decide when I get there.
    Wk 1 = -15lb = into 23's & 10% towards goal!!
    Wk 2 = -7lb = into 22's
    WK 3 = +3.5lb

    GOALS

    1) BMI <40 = Out of morbidly obese category = Lose 23lb
    2) THE FEBRUARY CHALLENGE = Lose 28lbs
    3) Get the Minimins Half Century Badge = Lose 50lb
    4) BMI <30 = Out of obese category = Lose 105lb = Century Club!
    5) BMI <25 = Healthy weight = Lose 147lb = GOAL!!
