I'm just about to complete my 4th week on TS and am confused..
i decided to to stick to it and not add any other food, but I'm 4 weeks in and don't ever really feel hungry. I get the odd day when I fancy something nice, but don't give in..
Is it normal to not really feel hungry?
I would say so :) thats the beauty of ketosis
Definitely. I'm on week 4 now and have added in 200 calories of food (usually chicken or steak) every day and I still don't feel hungry at any point. My guess being that sticking with protein has kept me in ketosis :-)
You won't feel hungry in ketosis, that's the joy of sticking to TS, you just don't get hungry though you can get mental hunger of just fancying something. Well done on getting through the four weeks!
It is normal you are in ketosis well done for sticking to it100%
