    Newbie!

    Just thought i'd post a quick hello.

    I tried Exante about a year and completely failed. I've started day one today after finding the motivation which i think i had been lacking before.

    It'll be nice to get support, and give it if i can, on the journey to a more healthy me!

    I'm not losing weight, i'm getting rid of it forever!

    Thank you Day 2 n feeling good. Bit peckish tonight tho. Also had some coke zero earlier n felt majorly bloated lol.

    I also highly recommend the red berry and double chocolate bars, they are scrummy!
