    Starting again

    Tried exante for 3weeks last year but unfortunately stopped. Started again on Sunday more determined this time to do it.

    So far so good, actually feeling really good this time round, no withdrawal type symptoms. I have bought some zero coke so I can have the occasional treat. Have been going since Sunday so am wondering if ketosis may have not started yet but not too worried but hopefully there are no unpleasant effects on the way. Hope all the other new starters are ok too.

    Well done, you must be in ketosis if you started on Sunday. I am on day 2 and the demons are starting to creep in need to stay focused :-)

    Don't understand I have only lost 3lbs in week 1, last time I lost 8lbs! perhaps the coke zero has stopped me going into ketosis as I do feel hungry all the time? I also have an under active thyroid so maybe this isn't helping, might try and get some keto sticks tomorrow to check if I am in ketosis.

    I wouldn't stress about it keeping going and I am sure next week will be better. I have stopped all caffeine 2 weeks before I started as I no it's so much easier to do this if I don't drink coffee or diet coke. As it stops me feeling hunger. I also can't have sweetener as that stalls me too. Chin up stick with it and the rewards will come x

    I am glad to hear it. I am now on day 5 so lasted a bit longer than I have done in previous attempts lol well done downwards we go :-)
