Goal Date: Be slim forever whenever I get there
I'm on day 8 and it helps me to focus on why I am doing this. I see my packs as nutrients rather than food. Think about the 6 days achievement not the one real food encounter. And 6 lbs is an achievement - that's nearly half a stone!!! Just stay strong and take it day by day. Just get back on it!
Goal 1. Lose 1 Stone Done Goal 9. Lose 50 pounds Done Goal 2. Get into next stones down Done Goal 10. Lose 4 stone Done Goal 3. Lose a stone and a half Done Goal 11. Get into 14s Done Goal 4. Lose 2 stone Done Goal 12. Lose 4.5 stone Done Goal 5. Get into new jeans just brought - not tried yet! Done Goal 13. Lose 5 stone Done Goal 6. Lose 2 and a half stone.Done Goal 14. Not be classified obese Done
Goal 7. Lose 3 stone Done Goal 15. Get into the 12s Done Goal 8. Lose 3.5 stone Done Goal 16 12.5 stones by moving to JUDDD Done Goal 17. Maintain weight for 1 month Done
