Bars and ketosis
After a small blip on Friday (had stayed the same). I had lunch out with colleagues (chicken kebab and salad), and wine that night.
Back on the TS on Saturday, been good since and still not in ketosis (I used medical dipsticks so very accurate).
I am having bars three times a day. I feel quite bloated and feel as though everything has stalled. The scales have me down as a 1lb loss since Friday, but am not convinced.
It's getting me down as I have a long way to go.
I'm on 3 bars a day and have had no problem with ketosis or losses. But I do take a daily natural laxative to keep me going as I get bloated from that.
I'll give that a go. What do you use?
I used psyllum capsules last time, but haven't felt like I needed it this time. But if it helps, I'll give it a try.
Just need a bit of a lift.
I use aloe Vera colon cleanse from holland and Barrett.
