I've had a few shaky weeks. Thought I was back on track, but woke up today feeling horrible and hungry.

No longer in ketosis, god know why.

Decided to take a day or two off completely. Feel a bit drained tbh and I think I need a boost.

So a bit of normal life for a few days.

I am going to get back on track on Sunday, focus more on the shakes and limit my self to one or two bars a day max. I think they are messing with my losses.

Feel a bit flat, but hey ho. Better to have a planned break than lose it completely.

I hear you it isn't always easy on this diet. I have been back in the diet 100% for the past 3 weeks and have lost 3lbs each week. Not amazing but better than any other diet. I do notice a big difference in my shape thank god. Unfortunately, I need it to change a lot more before I am at a healthy weight. Since feb I have lost 1st 11lb with as many different diets lol but at least I am sticking to exante this time. As for the bars as far as I am aware you should only have one per day. If you are having more than one then this maybe why you are hungry they have more carbs so can knock you out of ketosis. Can I ask how much you have lost so far and what your goal is. I need to loose 4.5st to get to my target weight x
 
I needed to lose 6.5 stone. Have lost 1.5 so far.

It's hard isn't it? I'm trying to focus on smaller goals eg one stone.

I'd like to get more active too.

And I'm hoping to get a new tattoo once I've lost 3 stone.

Re the bars, I thought they had changed it so that you can have three of any pack.

Don't think this is working for me, I think you are right.

We will get there, definitely will.
 
Thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't relies they had changed the advise. What I do no is if I have a bar at breakfast I suffer afterwards. However, if I have shake at 7am then at 5 ish and my bar at 8pm I am not hungry and do much better. I also keep a bottle of water next to my bed and guzzle it once I wake up. Works for me I guess but it's about finding what works for you x.

I know 3lbs is good but an extra 1.3lbs would have taken my into the 13's oh well next week it shall be I hope!!! Keep going we can get there :)))
 
Well done on getting into the 14's it was only a matter of weeks since I got to the 14s so you will be out of them soon. Glad your finding it better on the shakes. I have also started measuring my water out as I had stopped focussing so much on it and as a result was starting to feel the horrid side of this diet. However, after measuring yesterday I ended up drinking 3.5lts and feel so much better for it. My goal is to get to the 12s by the beginning of Jun as I have a party to go to and I don't want to be the fat girl more a strut my stuff look at me type girl lol. I can but dream never really been the one wanting the limelight but if I every reach 9st 5lb I will be wearing my size 12 jeans inside out so everyone can see the label lol. Def feel in the zone even with the ups and downs :)

How are you getting on hun?

I did exante in Jan and lost 1st 5lb over 3 weeks then gave up! Have put 6lb back on since them which isn't a lot really but I can feel it and it's nasty, lol;)

Ideally I'd like to lose about 4st. I'm only 5ft and weigh 15st so I look a right little dumpling, lol;)

Are you restarting again today? I started on Thursday and have done good up till yesterday when I had the curry for tea which wasn't good so only ate half and ended up having 2 boiled eggs cos I was hungry. I'm not panicking though!

I also find that when I eat a bar it makes me feel hungry. I think eating something that resembles real food messes with your mind and makes you want more! It's hard though because the bars are so tasty and you feel like you are properly 'eating' something.

I normally have a bar every day but only have about 4 left and have decided not to order any more and see if it helps just sticking to shakes and the hot meals. I stayed the same this week but it is TOTM. Hoping to get into the 15s next week.

Haven't had shakes today since one of the kids has nicked my shaker and can't find it anywhere.

Had three bars. And three stolen meatballs. The shame.

Feel ok tbh.

PMT - I think that's what caused the whole slip up.

Need to find this shaker cup- I've already left one at work already. Definitely feel fuller on shakes.

Hopefully tomorrow. Going to blitz kids rooms!
 
They are good! But the kids keep nicking mine.

I have to confess to an unsuccessful day: it's my sons birthday, caved into a small bit of cake and some wine.

Am angry at myself but still: am not falling for the old diet psychology of failed therefore give up.

Back on track tomorrow. And no messing.
 
Good for you. I am ok today little disappointed as I haven't hit the next stone mark and I only have .07 lbs to go. I think because I mucked about with the diet for a few weeks before I got 100% it's affecting my loses. But plan to stick with it
