Day 1 don't know what to expect - some sucess stories would be great :)

So I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, a few years ago I lost just over 6st and got under 10st for the first time since I was 10 lol I'm now 17st and the biggest I've ever been, the summers coming and I wont wear anything that shows even an inch of my skin! All my friends are all buying their shorts and skirts ready for the hot weather and I'll looking for lightweight hoodies and long sleeved t-shirts. So I found the exante diet online and the results people are getting seem amazing! I recieved my 28 day supply box this morning and was sooo excited to get started

I had the carbonara for my lunch and couldnt eat more than 2 tea spoons of it think I might just stick to the shakes lol

So my starting weight is 17st and my goal is 10st I know that is a massive amount of weight to loose and it's not going to happen overnight but I figure Exante will give me a good head start

Any sucess stories would be great for inspiration

    Hi and Welcome!

I'm doing a different diet, but I just wanted to come and say good luck! I know how disheartening it is to lose weight and then put even more back on, you can do this and you can keep it off. Good luck!

Good luck, hope your first day is going well. I've just completed day 8 weighed myself and have lost 10lbs ! I've only had a couple of packs I didn't like, but it's worth sticking with it.

wow! 10lbs in a week that awesome! I had the vanilla shake last night that was alot better than the carbonara! Going to try the shepherds pie at lunch time, I'm hoping it'll be an improvement on yesterdays meal lol

Good luck. Get through the first few days and it does get so much easier. I can't remember what day i'm on, 50 I think. Stick with it, drink plenty and you will see the weight loss. It helps me not to think of the food packs as food but just as nutrition which I need to keep me well while i am losing. That way I don't mind which flavour pack I have and can chop and change from shakes to meals to bars. Good luck!

I'm just going to stick with the shakes and bars, tried the sheperds pie yesterday and could'nt eat that. The bars are pretty nice though so should be fine with that, once I've got throught he first 7 days and seen the weight loss then I don't think it'll bother me what they tast like lol x

Were the meals really bad?? I like the bars and the shakes are ok but had hopes for the meals?? Was it texture or taste that was so bad??
