    I wondered if you could now have more than one bar a day? Also (if you can) does it affect loss?

    week 9 - 11.11 birthday week, too many cocktails!
    Week 10 - 11.5 back on track
    Week 11 - 11.3 (TOTM)

    I have two bars everyday and i have lost 20lb in three weeks. Their calorie/carb content is about the same as the soups/sachets.
