    Help newbie

    Hello

    I was wandering if we are allowed or if anyone adds veg to bulk meals up? I also go out for dinners a lot over the weekends does any ones have two packs and a low carb meal sometimes?

    Hi

    I'm fairly new just started my fourth week iv lost 12lb so far.
    I quiet often have 2 shakes then if I'm working night duty take some salad and a bit of chicken.
    Not sure if it's slowed the weight loss down or not but I'm happy with the way it's going so far.

    thank you I think ill maybe add some veg to a meal in a few days
