    Exante Tips

    i have to say the 3 packs
    and bouillon are like the best thing!!! a couple cups of bouillon really kill the **** cravings

    so guys/girls give me more of your tips and advice

    To 12st 12lbs (lowest weight in ?24? years) - done 18/05/14
    To 12st 7lbs (5 stone loss) - done 28/05/14
