Day 1 went ok. Strawberry shake for breakfast. Not my favourite. Thai chicken soup for lunch. Nice. Spaghetti Bol for dinner. Enjoyed it.
day 2 also ok although woke up with a splitting headache and feeling lightheaded. Headache gone and lighthead not so bad. Porridge for breakfast. Very nice. Veg soup for lunch, enjoyed it once I got over the texture. Shepherds pie for dinner. Fine once I didn't look at it.
heading out now. Going to drive so I'm not tempted to drink. Sparkling water it is.
