    Smile Does anyone know?

    Hi all!!
Just wondering if anyone happens to know if the 400cals we can have on working solution can be anything. For example, I had to get a grilled chicken wrap from mcdonalds on the road today as I was travelling. I asked for no tomato. I am am aware that the carbs are high in the wrap, however it was 330 cals so my intake today was 951 cals and 1000cals are allowed on WS.

Does the food intake have to be ketogenic??

Thank you in advance for any replies.

As far as I know you have to have low carb to keep you in ketosis. So I think the wrap would not work with the wS plan
