    Question VERY BIG WEIGHT LOSS?

    Hello,
    i started the VLCD on Monday(3 days ago) and ive already lost almost about 7 pounds? Is that normal or even possible? Did this happen to anyone else too?

    Its not unusual to lose around a stone in the first week. Enjoy it

    I'm only on day 5 now but I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 9 so far!

    It's not unusual to have a large loss in the first week as your eating habits and calorie intake drastically change and so you lose more normally.

    Of course, if you have a lot of weight to lose you are likely to see bigger loses as well if you are sticking to the diet.
