Thread: Who exercises on Exante?? Advice needed please xx

    Who exercises on Exante?? Advice needed please xx

    Ok so my query is if you exercise whilst on exante did you find it slowed down or stopped your weight loss?

    I have been every day for past week and I have sts, I did have 1 day off plan yesterday but other than that i have remained 100%.
    I have been weighing daily too and although I dropped .5 of a pound it was back again by yesterday.

    Super stressed about this as am sooo desperate to be below 12.13.

    Gym pass runs out wed so will see what happens from there i suppose but in place I plan on power walking at least

    What plan are you doing. If it's ts then no heavy exercise.

    When u start exercising ur body holds onto water weight to repair the muscles.

    I never lose weight first few weeks of exercising. Just inches

    Am doing ts and have been burning around 1000 calories a day in the gym/pool combined.
    Wouldn't normally do so much and especially every day but had a free 7 day pass and wanted to make the most of it. It runs out tomorrow so be no gym for 2 days but have voucher for weekend so may go sat and sun but that will be it then for a while.

    I am not due to do my measurements till 11 june so will see if anything has changed by then either by weight or inches.

    I never realised the body holds on to water when exercising?

    Am on week 19 but I do have days off occasionally, also had a 2 week break at one point but managed to sts on those weeks.

    All has since changed since my post. I am now unable to swim or exercise as have developed a painful high risk hernia and am waiting to be scanned and then for op date.
    Weighed this morn and have lost 3lbs this week so maybe laying off the excercise has helped lol x

    Good luck - I have a hernia too and have been waiting for my op since October, so no exercise for me!
    28lbs in 7 weeks (Start 26/5 - Finish 7/7)

    Hopefully a slightly more realistic goal as I will be Exante for 20 days and Keto dieting for the rest
